Policy regarding order returns

Return Policy

Effective February 21, 2025.
Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Beijing Time (excluding public holidays)
We support 7-day no-reason returns (unopened). Please contact Lanifun customer service at sales@Lanifun.com, providing your order number and proof of purchase, and then follow customer service instructions to return the product.
Return Address: Room 206, Building B, Acepark (Yifang Zhigu), No. 1104 Guanguang Road, Songyuanxia Community, Guanhu Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, China.
Products must be in their original packaging and all accessories must be included.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Customized products are not eligible for no-reason returns.

Golf Launch Monitor

If you wish to return a Lanifun Golf Swing Analyzer, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return request. Please note that return requests must be submitted within 15 days of confirmed receipt of the merchandise. Only new, unused items are eligible for return. All returned items must be accompanied by the return packing slip provided to you during the return process. Return shipping and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the returning party.

If you purchased personalized or customized products online and wish to inquire about issues regarding inaccuracies, defects, or damage incurred during shipping, please contact our customer service team at: sales@lanifun.com.

All returned items will undergo an eligibility review in accordance with this Return Policy. Please allow at least 40 days for us to receive and process your return. Once your return has been processed, Lanifun will notify you via email. If your return request is approved, Lanifun will issue a refund within 40 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Golf Equipment

If you wish to return golf equipment purchased from Lanifun.com, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return request. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the actual receipt of the merchandise. Only items that are brand new, unused, and unaltered—with all original tags and labels intact—are eligible for return. All return requests must be accompanied by the return documentation provided to you during the return process. Return shipping and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the returning party. "Final Sale" items are non-refundable. All custom-made products are considered Final Sale items and are non-refundable. If you purchased a custom product online and wish to inquire about issues regarding inaccuracies, defects, or damage incurred during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@lanifun.com.
