Policy regarding order returns

Return Policy

Effective February 21, 2025.
Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Beijing Time (excluding public holidays)
We support 7-day no-reason returns (unopened). Please contact Lanifun customer service at sales@Lanifun.com, providing your order number and proof of purchase, and then follow customer service instructions to return the product.
Return Address: Room 206, Building B, Acepark (Yifang Zhigu), No. 1104 Guanguang Road, Songyuanxia Community, Guanhu Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, China.
Products must be in their original packaging and all accessories must be included.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Customized products are not eligible for no-reason returns.

Golf Launch Monitor

If you wish to return your Lanifun Golf Launch Monitor, please contact our customer service to initiate a return. Please note that returns must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only brand new, unused items are eligible for return. All returns must be accompanied by the return packing slip you received during the return process. Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the returnee.

If you purchased personalized or customized products online and would like to inquire about any inaccuracies, defects, or product damage during shipping, please contact our customer service team: sales@lanifun.com.

All returned items will be subject to a return eligibility check according to this return policy. Please allow at least 30 days for us to receive and process your return. Lanifun will notify you by email once your return has been processed. If your return is approved, Lanifun will refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Golf Equipment

If you wish to return golf equipment purchased from Lanifun.com, please contact our customer service to initiate a return request. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only brand new, unused, unaltered items with all original tags and markings intact are eligible for return. All return requests must be accompanied by the return slip you received during the return process. Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the returning party. No refunds are available for items sold as final sale. All custom-made products are final sale and are non-refundable. If you purchased custom-made products online and would like to inquire about any inaccuracies, defects, or damage incurred during shipping, please contact our customer service team at sales@lanifun.com.

As stated above, Lanifun reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether this return policy (applicable to all products bound by this policy) has been abused and has the right to refuse a return accordingly.
