This Agreement and any documents referenced herein contain all the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase from Lanifun of products sold by Lanifun worldwide. By placing an order with Lanifun, Customer agrees to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without prior written notice, at the sole discretion of Lanifun.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any sales made hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law rules. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions governing certain features of our website, including purchases from Lanifun.

Payment Terms

Lanifun must receive payment before accepting an order. When ordering products, payment must be made by credit card. An order is not binding on Lanifun until it is accepted by Lanifun. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order and does not constitute our offer to sell. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is declined, we will refund your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown prior to ordering and on your invoice.

Taxes

Your purchase may be subject to certain sales or other taxes. These taxes vary by country and will be charged for orders shipped to countries where these taxes apply. The amount of taxes charged depends on current country tax rates and other factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of goods purchased, and the destination to which the order is being shipped. Please review and confirm the taxes applicable to your order in your shopping cart before submitting.

Risk of Loss

Lanifun is responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipment by the carrier selected by Lanifun.

Products

Lanifun products displayed on Lanifun.com are actual sample products of possible color combinations. Lanifun is not responsible for variations in computer resolution and color calibration on screens. This may cause the product image on screen to differ slightly from the final product delivered to the customer.

Lanifun reserves the right to refuse orders for products that feature graphics that, in our sole discretion, may not be consistent with our company values ​​or brand image, including but not limited to logos, designs and/or personalizations that are of a negative nature, advocate violence or illegal activity, are defamatory, hateful, threatening, libelous, slanderous, vulgar, obscene or pornographic.

Golf Balls

If you would like to return a Lanifun golf ball, please note that our return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only items in new and unused condition are eligible for return. All return requests must be accompanied by the return packing slip provided to you during the return process.

Custom products are final and final. If you purchased a custom product online and would like to inquire about any inaccuracies, defects or damage to your product during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team.

All returned merchandise will be inspected for return eligibility in accordance with this Return Policy. Please allow at least 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You will be notified by email once Lanifun has processed your return. If your return is approved, you may receive a refund within 30 days of Lanifun's receipt of the returned product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Golf Equipment

If you would like to return golf equipment purchased at Lanifun.com, the return request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only new, unused, unaltered merchandise with all original tags and markings attached is eligible for return. All return requests must be accompanied by the return packing slip provided to you during the return process. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Final Sale Items are not eligible for return. All custom products are Final Sale and cannot be returned. If you purchased a custom product online and would like to inquire about any inaccuracies, defects or damage to the product during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Limitation of Liability

Lanifun shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond Lanifun’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, strikes, riots, war, fire, acts of terrorism, acts of God, or compliance with any law or regulation. In no event shall Lanifun be liable to the customer for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or damages resulting from loss of use or profits, unless required by law.

Errors

Lanifun strives to ensure that the information on the website is accurate, complete and up-to-date. However, despite our best efforts, sometimes product information, including product prices or availability, may contain inaccurate or incomplete data. We do not guarantee that the information on this website is error-free, complete or accurate.

If a Lanifun product is incorrectly priced or incorrectly listed due to typographical error or other pricing or product information error, we will attempt to correct the error found. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any inaccuracies or omissions for any reason, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, we will refund your credit card in the amount charged and will not incur any additional liability as a result of such cancellation.

Applicable Laws; No Resale or Export

Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Customer agrees and represents that it is purchasing the products for its own use and not for resale or export.
