When will my order be shipped?

Golf Balls

Orders for golf balls will be shipped within 10 working days.
*This includes orders with personalised text only.

Orders for customised golf balls will be shipped within 8 working days. *
*This includes orders with logos or markings from our Lanifun logo library.

Orders for customised logo uploaded golf balls will be shipped within 10 working days. *
*The delivery time quoted for this is calculated from the date of artwork approval.

Golf Equipment

Golf equipment is typically shipped within 10 working days.

Golf Balls

If you would like to return a Lanifun.com golf ball, please use our self-service returns portal to initiate your return. Please note that returns must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only items in new and unused condition are eligible for return. All returns must be accompanied by the returns packing slip provided to you during the returns process.

If you purchased a personalised or customised product online and would like to inquire about any inaccuracies, defects or damage to the product during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team.

All returned items will be checked for return eligibility in accordance with this Returns Policy. Please allow at least 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You will be notified by email once Lanifun has processed your return. If your return is approved, you will be refunded within 30 days of Lanifun receiving the returned product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Golf Equipment

If you would like to return golf equipment purchased on Lanifun.com, please use our self-service return portal to initiate your return. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only new, unused, unaltered merchandise with all original tags and markings attached is eligible for return. All return requests must be accompanied by the return packing slip provided to you during the return process. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for return. All custom products are final sale and may not be returned. If you purchased a custom product online and would like to inquire about any inaccuracies, defects or damage to the product during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team.

All returned merchandise will be inspected for return eligibility in accordance with this Return Policy. Please allow at least 10 days for us to receive and process your return. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lanifun reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether there has been an abuse of this Return Policy (for all products subject to this Policy) and to refuse a return accordingly.
